Secondary Code Package Distributions

These distributions are of undocumented and non-supported early demos and test implementations of pre-Hedgehog versions of Croquet. These builds are provided for informational/exploratory purposes and should NOT be used as a basis for developing Croquet SDK or Cobalt-compatible software implementations.

Software packages (1 and 2) for linking a PC and Mac (with enabled video capture)(use the NICT 190 image in each). These fragile builds have been used as the primary demo of Croquet capabilities given by Julian Lombardi and Mark McCahill. Provided for informational/demo purposes only.

Brie demo software (199.5 M .zip file via http from Duke University) that was designed developed by Julian Lombardi, Howard Stearns, Joshua Gargus, and Martin Scheutze in 2005 while they were at the University of Wisconsin - Madison (use the Brie 92 image). Provided for informational/demo purposes only.

Chemistry Stereo Viewer demo software (24.4 M .zip file via http from Duke University) that was designed developed by Dan Faken in 2005 while at Boston University. Provided for informational/demo purposes only.

Multi-user test software (20.7 M .zip file via http from Duke University) that was used in 2005 at Boston University to test the multi-user performance of an early build of the Croquet software. Provided for informational/demo purposes only.

Movie Distributions

Full resolution movie (1.0 G .mov file via http from Duke University) file used to generate the 4.5 minute August 2007 Croquet demo movie.
